v                                        A work order/purchase order or letter of confirmation is required before commencement of any works.

 

 

v      If due to unforeseen circumstances, the scope of works changes or cost variations apply we will contact the client immediately by phone and in writing.

 

 

v      No allowance has been made for any patching, painting or rectification work by other trades. Any unforeseen / unavoidable damage caused by us in the process of completing our work due to the conditions of the premises, though all care and due diligence will be taken to avoid this.

 

 

v      No allowance has been made for any energy Australia or service providers fee’s for metering or connections/ disconnections etc. except where specified in writing.

 

 

v      Any underground services must be identified by the client before any underground work commences. If this cannot be provided and is a concern we recommend an electronic/digital survey by a qualified contractor. We can provide this service at a cost of $500 per hour. All Communications Excellence is not responsible for damage of any underground services where no documentation of services is supplied before commencement of work.

 

 

v      Materials not manufactured by All Communications Excellence, the warranty shall be the current warranty provided by the manufacturer of the goods. All Communications Excellence shall not be responsible for the replacement of faulty goods. All Communications Excellence should be notified within 14 days of faulty goods or any disputes so swift action can be taken towards rectification.

 

 

v      Terms of payment is 30 days. Interest shall accrue daily of 2.5% per month after date due and shall compound after as well as before any judgment is passed. Where an account remains overdue after 30 days for an amount greater than $20, 10% of the amount owing up to $200 shall be levied for administration fees which sum shall become immediately due and payable.

 

 

v      All Communications Excellence and the client agree that ownership of the goods/materials shall not pass until the client has paid All Communications Excellence all amounts owing in full relating to that particular job. All Communications reserves the right to remove any materials that have not been paid for at any time.

 

 

v      All quotations are valid for 30 days.

No warranties
